THE STAFF WAS AMAZING, BED WAS EXTREMLY TO FIRM NO GIVE TO IT AT ALL,BREAKFAST WAS FAIR,BUT WE'VE STAYED BEFORE AT THE MOTEL & THERE WERE FRESH COOKIES EVERY NIGHT,FRESH COFFEE AVAILABLE 25/7...BUT I DO WANT TO THANK "JACKIE" PERSONALLY MY DAUGHTER STACY GRIESS & GRANDAUGHTER LOST EVERYTHING THEY HAD ON JANUARY 18,2026 INCLUDING 4 OF THER FUR BABIES....IT WAS A HORRIBLE FIRE & IMMEDIATELY THEY WE'RE SENT TO THE MOTEL...THE STAFF WAS ACCOMMODATING,CARING .... SO THANK YOU ALL @ AMERICINN, FULTON ILLINOIS, TALLY MATHEWS

NO AVAILABLE COFFEE EXCEPT IN THE MORNING & MY BED COULD HAVE BEEN EXTREMLY MORE COMFORTABLE THAN CONCRETE...

The staff was very helpful and greeted me upon arrival on o e of the coldest nights. The room and the amenities were great. I have to say the new floors and look are improved and looks great.
