The Whiteface Lodge

Very nice hotel. The rooms are big and spacious.

From the moment you drive up to this beautiful lodge until you drive away, we have never had such friendly and helpful service! The rooms, amenities, and food (the lobster roll and French dip...OMG!), all top notch. We will be back some day with our children and grandchildren!

There was an unbeatable stench in the room. When complained, front desk said, sorry we don't have staff to look into it. I called in the house keeping person on my floor and she said she had noticed the same stink in the room the last several days... duh? So, if this was known to staff, why wasn't it fixed. Very disappointed. White Face lodge didn't even try to correct it or offer a courtesy discount. Extremely disappointed and would never recommend to anyone.

We spent M-F at Whiteface Lodge and loved the experience. The hotel has so many activities to do; swimming, game room, movies and then at the Canoe Club you can kayak, paddle boat (or board) swim and of course canoe. That’s all great but what set this experience apart from other nice hotels was the service. At breakfast every morning (which was delicious btw) Adan was a friendly and helpful start to our day. The people at the Canoe club, distributing kayaks and life vests, was working non stop with a smile and helpful hand when we had trouble. The people driving shuttles, so nice and cheerful, chatty, making recommendations on places to go in town. And don’t even try to walk past the front desk without being seen “Welcome back!” You hear it no matter what. We at at Peak 47 for dinner 1 night, on site, great food and again, excellent service. So bravo to the GM and team that run this place, we will be back!

Absolute dream of an experience. Transport yourself into luxury rustic hotel with exceptionally attentive staff, curated experiences for all ages and an overall “MUST VISIT” rating from me.

The room was fantastic. Very clean, and the bathroom floor is heated. The outside pool and jacuzzi are well maintained. The staff is extremely friendly. The private beach at the lake was great, and a fun experience overall. We loved the restaurants as well and the unique drinks and cocktails.

The only thing that I can think off was the coffee. We didn’t like the drip coffee or latte.

Peaceful, professional staff and comfortable.
