We were booked in to no. 9 but moved as we had been doubled booked. No. 2 Apartment described as recently refurbished - bathroom has not been updated in 20 plus years. Upon speaking to Donnini - refurbishment means a new settee and table & chairs in the kitchen! Apartment was not clean - marks on bedding, cobwebs in the lampshades, carpet disgusting, kitchen floor and the wall to the side of the bathroom had not been cleaned in a long time! No acknowledgment from the management team in terms of our complaint.

The apartment had everything we needed and was in a great location

The apartment was in need of lick of paint it was clean but there were quite a few scuffs and dirty marks on the paintwork

Nice apartment. Rental agency most helpful.

Spare rubbish bag stank of cigarettes. On 5th floor, no lift, heavy bags. Very expensive.
