It was raining during our stay and the pipes were rattling making it impossible to sleep. At 4am I went down to ask for a room change and the woman said she can’t her shift has changed. After having to tell her I wasn’t going back to my room she made the switch. I checked in at 12am and left at 7am and only got to sleep about 3 hours. Terrible experience
