Great location overlooking the beach. Apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Car parking space was a bonus.

Key collection and drop off could have been better. Key collection was arranged by phone, however travelling from the UK, would have been expensive. Fortunately a relative living in SA did this for us. At the end of the stay we were told we would be met outside the property to hand back the key, this didn’t happen and we had to leave the key at a neighbouring hotel. There were several issues with maintenance as follows: Front door wouldn’t lock from the outside, we could only lock the security gate when we went out. A number of sockets and lights throughout the property did not work, one light switch was taped over. Kitchen tap was ready to fall off. Dangerous wiring on table lamp.

Lovey place to stay, the scenery is outstanding and the location so close to restaurants and shops, within walking distance.

There was a construction site across the road, visible from our window and really loud especially at 7am. The unit was lovely but needed maintenance, there were a number of items not working or not working properly, This was communicated to the owners but they said it would be fixed when we left, so we spent the 2 weeks with these conditions.

Fabulous View. Easy access to shop’s restaurants & public transport (myciti bus) Most important THE BEACH.

Lack of Oven only Hob ….. although air fryer available it needs to be updated. The Halogen Oven not suitable for long stays & not suitable for everybody. Would be preferable to have proper doors on the bedrooms instead of the sliding wardrobe mirror doors. Lack of wifi during Loadshedding not acceptable in the current situation of the country, a UPS was promised on the first evening of arrival but after three weeks this did not materialize. Safe was not useable as needed repair, this took two & half weeks into our stay to be repaired. Linen change was due half way into our stay, this only happened a week late as service manager forgot to request cleaning service. A second set of keys was required also took repeated requests. Guest services could be improved.

No spotlights / torches during loadshedding

Location is absolutely awesome!!!! The view is fantastic! Kite surfers, wind surfers most of the time!

Carpets in a rented unit are always a challenge. Was said previous guests had just left, no time to clean properly. The marks looked older than that. Rugs never feel clean in rented units. Agent was friendly in person, seemed put out by our late arrival on messages, having communicated all our movements at time of booking, planned arrival before 9pm checkin on the system. We communicated our arrival time from airport once on the road, the street address provided by HostAgent on Waze took us right into Cul-de-sac, we were 100m away from the complex unbeknown to us. The agent was not there waiting, I had messaged to say we 3 mins away.
