"Feels like home"

I've stayed here before and like the hotel but this visit customer service wasn't the best. I traveled alone and the check-in guy didn't even hold the door open for me even though I struggled with carrying everything, he just watched me. I thought it was clean until I found a dried up contact lens stuck to the bathroom counter. Gross.

"Nice stay, cold pool."

I liked the size of the room for the price. I stayed in a queen suite and it was nice to have the living area separate from the bedroom. The breakfast was also better than I was expecting.

The pool was freezing cold. The main reason I chose a hotel instead of a short term rental was to hopefully enjoy a warm pool with our toddler. I asked the front desk and they seemed to check into it, but then said that the heaters seemed to be working properly and were "up all the way", which I found hard to believe.

Nice size room. Very clean. Good choices for breakfast.

Lots of traffic noise. 75 for a dog per night is too much. The pet area is not lighted very well.

Convenient to get to, parking well lit, clean, VERY nice room. Staff is friendly and considerate. If I go through Columbia again I'll be sure to stay here. This is the best hotel we've stayed in on the whole trip so far. I wish we could get this quality and value everywhere we stay.
