Super service! Zac a été génial pour notre accueil et nous renseigner. Les chambres/appartements sont très bien, propres et spacieuses.

Perfect place for a family of 5.

The property was very clean, our apartment was impeccable. The only problem we came across was an issue with our AC. Hilda was on top of everything and kindly moved us to a different apartment, with an upgrade, that made our two days stay totally comfortable.

Il serait pratique de proposer egalement des chambres avec lits twin ;-) Voyageant avec une equipe de commerciaux pour un salon pro, ils ont du partager leur lit... Pas toujours simple!

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt bei YAYS schon genossen. Es war ein schönes Zimmer, aber ich war von dem Kundenservice und dem Zustand des Zimmers enttäuscht. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass das Team mir ein Zimmer mit einem nicht kaputten Fenster gegeben hätte. Leider liess sich das Fenster nicht richtig schliessen, so dass der Lärm von der Strasse nicht abgehalten wurde. Die Rezeptionistin sah die Situation und sagte, sie würde jemanden schicken, der sich das anschaut, aber sie hat nie jemanden geschickt und ist auch nicht nachgekommen. Ich bat um Ohrstöpsel, aber auch die wurden mir nicht gegeben. Ich wünschte, das Personal hätte sich an das gehalten, was sie gesagt haben, oder eine Lösung gefunden. Ich bekam ein Zimmer, in dem nicht alles funktionierte, und einen schlechten Service. Leider!

Spacious; clean; convenient; superintendent attends promptly to any question.

I can recommend the apartment. Everything worked fine. Great personal!

1. The bathroom had hair around the painted wall area - special attention should be paid to cleaning high zone areas. 2. This was a big one for me, the main road outside has a fault with the main road. There is a collapsed section of the road, which lorries would drive over and shake the whole room (super early). Get the local mayor to get involved and repair that road asap - it's impacting my love ratio with this property...sorry.

Excellent séjour. Un plus, la terrasse qui donne une vue d’ensemble de Paris. Le seul inconvénient, c’est le parking sous terrain, très peu maniable en véhicule pour accéder au monte charge et en supplément de la nuitée. Nous y retournerons mais on trouvera une autre solution pour le parking
