We loved it here, we booked this after a last minute flight cancellation and were pleasantly surprised by everything they had to offer at the property. The bar was self service, food was served buffet style and it was delicious and the property offered everything you could ask for, beautiful outdoor seating, nordic baths, cinema, game room, library. We had a wonderful stay and wished we had more time to enjoy the place. .

"A tranquil, rejeuvenating and intimate experience."

Such a lovely spot. The hotel was high end, calm and peaceful. The Nordic spas and bicycles a wonderful touch. We loved it and will definitely be back.

Breakfast was nice but nothing remarkable to be honest…a wider selection including of warm food, fruits and pastries would have been welcome.

"24 hours of pure luxury"

Everything was perfect - the food, the setting! We had the best 24 hours for my boyfriends 30th birthday. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the brunch which was probably the best we've had! Staff were so lovely. The outdoor baths, bikes and activities were an added bonus! I couldn't recommend Maison du Val more.

Grand building with beautiful common areas. the rooms are average but comfortable. view of the garden is very pretty. seems to be a target for special interest groups like the harry patter Halloween event with numerous children running around

The property has a very expensive food service — a decent buffet but it’s 60 euro per person for dinner and 45 euro for lunch! this did include an open bar tho. we spent more on the food than on the room. and the village is quite a drive in and very congested.
