Beautiful apartment with balconies overlooking private gardens. Beautiful! Also… had more storage than our condo in the US!

Very spacious, and the heater/AC units worked very well at keeping the place a comfortable temperature.

The wifi was a bit sketchy. It would drop out frequently. The 5G one would only work as long as you stayed in the bedroom.

Good location, good size room

Very humid in the room leading to mold problems, fixtures broken and falling off, no heating in bathroom, radiators disconnected, no towels upon arrival, dirty floor.

Prime location, quiet neighbourhood and yet walkable to the city centre. Entire place is spotless

Wifi reception is next to nothing in one of the rooms

The property is very spacious. Area is quiet and easy to get around. I felt safe staying here. There is also an elevator in thsi building so no need to worry about carrying your luggages up and down the stairs. Having said that, the unit was not left at its cleanest state. When we arrived, dirty dishes with food on them were still left in the dish washer. There were stains on the couch and hair on the ground (floor was like white so it was more noticeable.) We could not use the washer because it had moldy black gooey gunk inside the rubber ring and I tried to wipe it clean but couldnt get it all out.

Easy access from the Rato metro station and well located close to amenities and within walking distance from the town.
