absolutely nothing

the receptionist from the former era and his arrogant servant - he let the guests wait in front of the gate while he ostentatiously smoked a cigarette and laughed stupidly, I understand it was 4 minutes to 5pm, it was his break, he did not have to give a service to us but he could have let us in, we came from Germany after 12 hours journey. I have never seen anything like this in my life.
