The location is wonderful and the staff was very courteous.

Dirty blanket bed linen could be better floors were not cleaned properly food was below average

we were warmly welcomed by the reservation manager the balcony with the view to the garden and the see the pool area was wery nice and clean with lots of sunbeds. there is no sandy beach but there is enough sandy area around the pool

we stayed for seven nights so what I write is not based on a "bad" day at the hotel : room-literaly broken entrance door, open plan room with bathroom meaning there were no separate toilets from the room just a round wall of two meters hight. when passing near it you could see the toilets, no privacy. when my wife went to toilet, I went to the balcony and so on. the faucet was not fixed to the sink,the other had almost no water flow. there is an exlanation note on the table telling you to dial "0" for the reception but there is no phone in the room. We received clean towels only on the third day and only because we asked. since then there were no clean towels changed. The "clean" towels had a very bad smell. As a booking.com guest we always received at least one mineral bottle on the arrival, here it seems the policy here is not to give. breakfast-the worst in our life. every morning the same few choices of food: one kind of yellow cheese, tomatoes, one kind yogurt, eggs as per your wish (omlette or scrambeled, freshly done by the cook), beans, one kind sausage,one kind chicken sausage, three kinds fresh fruits, coffee, tea, one kind of juice, a few kinds of cereal, cold water ,milk. Every day the same. dinner-the products looked so bad and poor that we never ate dinner . One evening they had "Italian dinner". There were about six dished to choose from but only one was pasta. I am ashamed to add photos , in any case I am describing a specific room and has nothing to do with the other rooms. the same content will be sent to the G.M.
