The staff was very friendly and very helpful when I called trying to find the motel. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The AC worked well.

It was difficult to locate in the dark as Google maps did not work well in Alva and there was not a lighted sign. The shower did work well once I realized it was plumbed backwards. Just had to move lever toward cold to get warm water. Then figured out how to turn it on. The facility is older and could use some upkeep. The ice machine was not working

This place is pretty sad. The grounds are dirty and the ice machine does not work.

Clean, blackout curtains, comfy bed, soft sheets, new carpet and cool AC

Good value at the Ranger Inn. Pleasant check-in, clean room, good TV. The only thing that prevents a rating of "excellent" was wonky WiFi. I couldn't consistently connect my tablet to the network. You might check on this.
