Hotel CH Bucharest

Comfortable hotel in a central location, close to Boulevard Unirii and 13 min. walk away from the Unirii square M1 line underground station. Nice rooms with views of the city.

A Nice stay - but the cleaning crew were super loud every morning so it made it tough to sleep/relax.

Friendly staff. Just a little out of the way from old town. Quiet area.

on one hand, the hotel isn't located in a main road and on the outside it doesn't look that fancy. inside, things look confortable and clean. rooms are very comfortable and pleasent to stay in. the hotel is located about 10 minutes walk from the center so that was pretty good. several things did upset me though: 1. the elevator is extremely slow and the fan was allways powered off so the ride to our room (8th floor) wasn't so enjoyable... 2. in the showerm the soap + shampoo are located on the floor since there is no shelf for them. 3. the faucet in the sink is too short and wasn't very comfortable to use when attepmting to wash my hands... overall, i would recomend this hotel but these few monir things could have turned my review from god to excellent.

We booked 2 superior rooms for 4 nights in the first week of September at NH Bucharest. However, when we arrived one of our room was downgraded to a standard room. The receptionist told us that the hotel is fully booked. We were mad because we paid extra to be upgraded to superior room. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the room is very bad. The bed sheets were dirty and the pillowcase looked like there were some blood stains on it. The location is not the best either as there were no restaurants or grocery store in the vicinity of the hotel. For sure I will not go back to this hotel.

The hotel is relative small (less than a dozen rooms per small) but with decent in room facilities (100 TV channels, nice shower, etc.) very engaging staff. didn't do breakfast (at 18 Euro it seemed expensive) or use the facilities or explore the area since it was just a quick overnight and then on to the airport. I had asked for a double (and, in fact, reserved a category higher in order to get in) but was given a twin which was a bit of a hassle but the hotel was full, so I understand that someone probably had to get something less than desirable. If I had know I was going to get a twin, I definitely would not have paid the extra Euro to move to a superior room from a classic.

Very good service, the staff is extremly kind and helpful. The room was fine just feels a little bit old.

This is a comfortable, unpretentious hotel just around the corner from Uniris Square and Bucharest's old town. Reception staff were welcoming and helpful and reasonably efficient - a small thing but we never did get the shower cap requested three times.

I had a great experience overall. Hotel personnel was truly outstanding.
