Posizione fantastica. Ottima la struttura in palazzo di pregio in pieno centro a Genova. Fantastica la camera. Purtroppo gli orari di reception sono un po' ridotti ed è un peccato perché non valorizzano abbastanza la struttura ricettiva.

Check-in dopo le ore 16. Non c'è l'ascensore e si deve raggiungerlo arrivando al mezzanino: mezza rampa di scale ma bella ripida. Struttura non presidiata durante la notte.

La posizione centrale a Genova

La camera è davvero modesta con letti scomodi .. ricavati da divani letto e materassi singoli. Per il bagno danno gli asciugamani ma non bagno doccia e shampoo. Nella ricerca della struttura avevo inserito il filtro in bagno privato. Nella prenotazione c'era bagno in comune..cosa mai fatta in vita mia. Errore mio non aver rivisto.

La posizione ottima per qualsiasi tipo di visita, pur dovendo pagare a parte il parcheggio.

Il rumore notturno dalla strada è stato molto fastidioso, pur essendo la camera al iv piano. Un bagno in comune a 4 camere è veramente troppo poco; la pulizia del bagno una volta al giorno è assolutamente insufficiente, anche considerando che le camere erano anche triple. La stanza non aveva per niente un odore piacevole e le persiane non oscuravano la luce in modo adeguato. Infine anche i cuscini erano "vuoti" e quindi piuttosto scomodi. Non ho dato un voto complessivo più basso solo per la posizione.
