Swiss Grand Hotel

アパートメントスタイルのファミリールームに2名で泊まりました。リビング、キッチンの他にそれぞれ別のベッドルームがあり、プライバシーを保ちながら過ごせるのは快適でした。 本館から1.2分歩いたところの別棟に部屋があります。本館の豪華さとは全く雰囲気が異なり、そろそろ改装が必要なのでは、と感じる質素な建物でした。 キッチンにはたいていの食器類と立派な冷蔵庫がありますがレンジ、浄水器はありませんでした。 清掃は毎日入りませんが、水とタオルは交換してくれます。 広さのわりにはお値打ちな値段には理由があります。

The hotel was good, a little dated and the location was a far away from everything. The Porter did not help with the luggage and it seemed the staff were not interested or friendly towards the guests.

The hotel owns other buildings on the same site, and are putting guests into those worse quality properties.

The hotel is using the nice photos of the lobby and main hotel to make you think this is a nice hotel, and then putting you in other apartment buildings to the side of the main hotel once you actually get there. I don't often write reviews, but I want to warn others about my experience. These properties are old, smell poorly, and are not clean. My room had multiple areas of mold infestation. In addition the property is far from a metro stop and inconveniently located. The property is difficult to deal with trying to get a refund. They are advertising this as if it is a 5 star hotel, but the room they put me in was falling apart and moldy, definitely no 5 star experience.

Wifi was not available. This was surprising and out of expectation. We needed to purchase additional e-SIM from online supplier after arriving urgently. Another point was drainage of kitchen was terrible. Water didn’t flow and smelly water accumulated in the sink. Another issue was the flushing of toilet was not good. I believe Wifi unavailability is a breach of contract, I would like to request to compensate e-SIM cost.
