"Exceptional"

The property is simply gorgeous! So clean and well maintained. The staff is very nice, helpful and courteous. The room was beautiful, bed super comfortable. We ordered in-room breakfast in the morning and the food was delicious. Also had dinner there and the pasta was by far the best I ever had in Mexico (been here over 30 times). Centro is an 8 min Uber ride from the hote so it didn't"t matter that we were a little bit out. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone and will go back there on my next trip to Morelia. One of my new favorite hotel!

Hotel esta hermoso es como una hacienda muy acogedora pero si quieres tranquilidad que no te den la habitación que está abajo del restaurante es imposible descansar

Pésimo servicio sin. Agua caliente nos dieron una habitación. Muy oscura aparte espantaban. Y los de recepción hasta se burlaron. Como q sabían. Q había algo en la llegada no respetaron la hora de entrada estaba terminando un evento y los entregaron habitación hasta las 5 pm

Deberían tener siempre limpia su alberca y tener un espacio mas grande para estacionar los vehículos ya que por su espacio tan reducido se complica maniobrar en el mismo. Fuera de eso, lo demas estuvo excelente.

"Nice hotel but a little noisy"

A little noisy with loud music from the restaurant and the room faced the carpark, room otherwise very comfortable (although two lamps not working). The staff and facilities are fantastic.
