Radisson Blu Resort & Spa

The staff at the hotel were really lovely - special shout out to Marjan and Nico at the Mint Leaf Bar.. The spa was amazing (Stefanija and Francescka) and breakfast was really great.

We had a pretty mixed experience here. Firstly, there is construction outside the premium rooms which means there is LOUD noise from 7-7 Monday to Friday and it renders the balcony (that you pay extra for) unusable as they get covered with dust. The outdoor pool is really small and it is almost impossible to get a sun lounger. The food options are incredibly limited : the main restaurant, the Fig Leaf, runs a buffet style dinner every night which is expensive and not worth it if you are not very hungry. I paid around €3,000 for two sea-view rooms for my family of six, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The rooms were run-down, dirty, and in terrible condition. To make matters worse, our “sea-view” rooms mostly overlooked an abandoned building. After speaking with the manager, the only resolution offered was a complimentary meal, which wasn’t even close to making up for what we paid. I would NOT recommend this hotel. PLEASE Save your money and stay somewhere else…don’t make the same mistake I did.

El cocinero que hacía las tortillas. Super serio y antipático. No es alguien para tratar con clientes que están de vacaciones! Un dato importante: El hotel está de obras, por lo que hay que preguntar por una habitación silenciosa.

The Radisson Blu in Split has a great view of the sea; we enjoyed relaxing on the patio enjoying the view. The room was spacious and very clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was exceptionally nice. Breakfast was very good. The Mistral Beach Club was a great place to have a meal or just a drink.

- Les rideaux ne couvraient pas toute la baie vitrée et laissaient ainsi passer la lumière dès le lever du jour, nous empêchant de dormir le matin. - La pression de l’eau dans la douche était insuffisante. - Le petit-déjeuner était assez médiocre, avec un choix et une qualité en dessous de nos attentes. - L’eau de la piscine était particulièrement froide, ce qui limitait fortement son utilisation. - Les transats au bord de la piscine étaient pris d’assaut dès le matin, il était difficile de trouver de la place en cours de journée. - Être client de l’hôtel ne donne pas droit aux installations du Beach club, mais uniquement à un transat peu confortable sur la plage de galets à côté.
