The hotel was very clean and well maintained. It had a variety of rooms to meet the needs of my family. It's also conveniently located next to Little India.

The neighbouring buildings are pretty run down. Since it's next to the road, there is some traffic noise.

The location is very central within Georgetown, a short walk from both the Jetty and Kumtar bus station. The room was small but clean and comfortable (also it was fairly pretty). Very nice they provide laundry facilities for just a small nominal fee. I also appreciated that their staff was very helpful, in particular Elyn, whom also sent me the map from the jetty to the hotel the day before our arrival and provided me with an alternative option to get our cash deposit returned (we left at 7 am), and also explained pretty well what to see in George Town. I would definitely recommend this place.
