Lokasi yang strategic. Pintu tepi yang senang access (bila pintu utama tutup).

Patio cantik tapi pokok-pokok tidak dijagai. Syor beli yang baru lengkap dengan pasu dari nurseri. Masa penginapan sy adalah hari hujan pagi (staf blm clock-in). Syor sediakan payung di pintu tepi.
