very bad service, not receive any email or coll after paid, we wait 4 hour at guard and need coll expedia to inform owner, owner so rude not even say sory, heater problem no any action, not recommend

Extremely irresposible host. Called the host after booking, he said that will send me the check-in intruction. But whole day I did not get any response from him. Called him the second time on the check-in day, same thing he told, but also did not get any response from him. Called him third time, then only I got the check-in instruction. Few hours later, he called me and told me that the paip was punctured. Requested me to change to Awana Hotel, but I rejected it as it's not my problem. He told me that he will settle the problem and call me after that. But long time I did not receive his call and the solution. Such a irresponsible host.
