needed to be close to the TGV station for an early morning train. ~15 minute walk Industrial part of town, cab driver had never been there and joked about it not being the nicest area very small room, kind of dark and depressing. couldn't imagine spending any time there other than just sleeping

En primer lugar llegamos a la hora acordada en la reserva y no había nadie para recibirnos, tuvimos que esperar en la calle a altas temperaturas hasta que una señora de la limpieza nos facilitó una habitación para guardar las maletas cuando reservamos tres habitaciones. Aparte de este recibimiento los cuartos de baño tenían uno un hormiguero, otro perdía agua por detrás del retrete y en el tercero goteaba el lavabo. Hicimos la reserva con secador en los baños y no nos lo facilitaron porque sólo tenían uno y se lo dieron a otro cliente. A pesar de todo esto no recibimos disculpa ninguna.

Hello rats, spiders, mosquitoes and everything else... Shower and wc broked... So much noise And in the morning you've got the pleasure to lunch outside in the sun with your feet on a thousand of cigarette rends. And the employes in front of you don't matters. Enjoy!

Property is good and clean. No problem with thus hotel.

Environnement décevant. WC dans la chambre sale et sans lunette ! lavabo bouché, 1 serviette pour 2. pas de prise de courant à la tête de lit. Aucune compensation malgré nos nombreuses réclamations et directrice injoignable. Seul point positif le personnel d'accueil agréable et souriant ( surtout Nisrine ) petit déjeuner correct. Si on retourne à Avignon, on ira ailleurs et on ne le recommandera pas.

Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, die Ausstattung ist aber unterirdisch... Das Zimmer war so klein, dass sich die Tür zum Duschklo nicht richtig öffnen ließ, weil das Bett im Weg war. Für eine Nacht okay.

Les draps était corrects par contre une serviette de toilette avait un grand cheveux noir dessus!!!! Les toilette plein de calcaire le fond tout noir Douche et lavabo propre

Even though the room was pretty clean and the bed sheets were white, the 'non-smoking' room smelled like a bar in the nineties and the bedside table had cigarette burn marks all over it.
