The Point Hotel & Spa

It is the first hotel in South Africa that allowed us to stay with our dogs. For this I think they deserve 100 stars! Our dogs are part of our family so it was amazing to have them with us. The staff were super nice and friendly to us and our dogs. The location and view from the hotel is spectacular. And seriously delicious breakfast. Was so nice to have different items on the breakfast buffet and not just the normal boring stuff. Highly recommend this hotel.

The fact that the manager and his mother sitting with the guests. I feel his not doing his job as leader. The fact the his white and I mite sound racist but thats just my feel to that

we didnt like much of the stay - one think that i can say is that the staff where very friendly

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The room had a strong mold smell, and overall cleanliness was below standard. Breakfast was also not enjoyable and did not meet expectations. Noise was a major issue throughout our stay. Because the entire property is tiled, sound carries easily, we could constantly hear other guests, the owners, and what i think was their child screaming. There was also significant noise from outside, with people drinking and shouting late into the night in the parking area next to the hotel, as well as parties taking place in other rooms. THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL AT ALL.

This place is not up to standard and as per photos advertised on their website. The place need urgent renovations, there is mould on the bathroom walls and shower is not clean. Rooms were not clean. The breakfast were definately not up to standard
