book for 2 peoples but breakfast only for 1 .... why?

I like the location. I dislike the check in, nobody helps with the laugage. In addition they publish shuttle between hotel and airport, is not true.

Beautiful area and I had been here few times already.

I have been staying at the Seaview Hotel for the last 10+ years. Although the hotel has had better days and is need of some clean-up, it is in a good and very safe location and still provides good value.

Quiet in the evening that is very important to me.

Room facing sea view😊. Overall exerience good. Will go back again.

This hotel does not provide transportation from Airport. As your standard verbiage states. They suggested taking a taxi which is 80-95 RMB. Since it is in China there is no way to confirm or contact hotel until you are in China without a China phone. which we were unable to acquire. This picture doesn't do it justice. A better one would be the grand entrance with the circular driveway with water fountain and the grand staircase as you enter. Great location for tourist.

Nice hotel with good service and convenient location with metro station close by.

Hotel is good value for Shenzhen all the comforts you would expect for a very reasonable price. The only thing that lets the place down is breakfast finishes at 10am. I arrived at 10:01 and the staff cleared everything away like a precise military exercise, not a croissant to be seen by 10:05!
