Seaview Gleetour Hotel Shenzhen - East Wing Building

No problem conversing with staff . Very friendly. Tw buildings, one more upscale than the other. We are in the less up scale one but very adequate and would recommend.

Overall satisfactory

We went there just for one night, and the overall facilities and service were above our expectations. This hotel would definitely be good enough to satisfy most people, which also mean that you can find cheaper quality accomodation in Shenzhen.

Stayed in the east building. There is a rooftop view on the 10th floor.

This hotel is located at a very convenient location, right next to subway stop. The room (in east wing) was clean, yet furniture and carpet show some wear and stains, and could use some upgrade. The breakfast buffet was really good. However, the expedia website states "breakfast included in rate" before booking, yet for two person staying in the same room (king bed), only one breakfast was included. Hotel staff was rude when being inquired about this. The booking instruction should make it clear.

I stayed for three nights, the bed was a little too firm, the access to east wing is a little complicated. The tap water was good, not too much chlorine. The breakfast buffet was awesome, the best I have seen in 4-5 star hotels in China. Taxi drivers had some difficulty finding this hotel at night.

There were lots of restaurants behind the hotel for dinner. Not much open for Breakfast. I was shocked to find Walmart was next door !!!! Subway runs underneath hotel, so easy access to go places. We went to Hong Kong One day using subway.

Very nice and relaxing hotel. No need to bring your computer as all of China blocks most western websites. Yes, they have free wi-fi, but what's the point when you can't connect to your sites. There is a work-a-round in that you could use a VPN service. BUT, you need to have all software downloaded and the service activated BEFORE you arrive to mainland China.

Needed 2 days accommodation in Shenzhen for brief business trip. Glad to have found and chosen Seaview O'City Hotel. Location was perfect, metro 50 mtrs. Breakfast fantastic. Room very comfortable.

Beautiful Lobby and dining room; rooms were clean and roomy by eastern standard. An excellent value.
