Oceanfront Beach Resort

This was our second stay at this beautiful hotel, and this time it was even more special as we chose to return here for our honeymoon. We loved our first experience so much that there was no question about where we wanted to celebrate this special occasion. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome. We were greeted with a lovely little cake and beautiful honeymoon decorations in our room, which was such a thoughtful touch. The room itself was absolutely stunning very spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bed was so comfortable that we had the best night’s sleep every night. To make our stay even more memorable, it was also my husband’s birthday, and the hotel surprised us with another lovely treat when we returned to our room. These thoughtful gestures really made us feel special and showed how much the staff care about their guests. The staff throughout the hotel were extremely friendly, warm, and attentive, always greeting us with smiles and making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was absolutely unbelievable, with so many delicious options available. We were particularly impressed to see several new additions since our visit last year, which shows the hotel is always looking to improve and offer guests even more choice. Overall, this is without a doubt one of the best hotels in Thailand. It holds a very special place in our hearts, and we will definitely be returning again in the future. Thank you for making our honeymoon and my husband’s birthday so memorable.

The only small suggestion we would make is to consider adding a drying rack on the balconies, as it would be very useful for hanging wet bikinis and towels after a day by the pool or beach.

Verdict 10/10 Arrival - Complimentary airport transfer was efficient and we were at hotel in no time - It was a bit hot but driver had aircon at all times (32 degrees celcius). Pleasant drive overall - Drive from airport to hotel was around 1 hour, and driving through roads of Phuket was quite and experience. A lot of scooter/motorcycles on the road, but they drive so well - Arrived at main entrance where Deep Z Lounge is located (think of bar) - We were helped as soon as we got out of the car and escorted to level 1 - reception - Arrived before 3pm check-in time and were served with some juice and wet towels to cool down - The reception area is very beautiful and the reception staff were absolutely amazing and kind (consistent with Thai hospitality throughout) Check-in - Check-in was seamless, didn’t take longer than 10 minutes after paying 3000 Baht security deposit (which we got re-imbursed on check-out) - Reception has great view of beach line and in the far distance you can see Patong Beach, beautiful sight Room - Wow room was sensational, top tier and well worth 5 stars as everything had been at hotel - Room is almost always aircorned at around 23 degrees, which is needed as it was quite humid/hot during time there - Spotless and clean - Bed was super comfortable, one of the best I have ever slept in - TV worked well, used YouTube most of the time (with local ads) - Bathroom (shower temp was great and water was always hot) - Vanity area was well stocked, with complimentary shaver, comb, toothbrush etc - Mirror was beautiful and room in total had great light as it was ocean view room, great for pictures. Amazing sight Hotel Areas - Wonderful swimming pool with swim up bar, decent prices for cocktails around 300 baht a drink - Great to spend time to chill - Hotel throughout was super clean and all stuff was very helpful, shout out to Kate, Walter and Rikishi (reception) Food - Breakfast buffet had so many options, and the mostly was delicious.

تعامل موظفي الاستقبال، تنوع الإفطار

عمال النظافة لا يقومون بالواجب الصحيح الذي أثر على وجود حشرات داخل الغرفه، لا يدققون في نظافة المكان، حتى أنك لا تستطيع وضع أكل داخل الغرفة مثل البسكويت أو التمر….الخ، لأنه ببساطة وفي دقائق ستجد الحشرات الصغيرة تحوم عليه.

تعامل الموظفين جداً راقي ، خصوصاً الموظفين الموجودين في نادي الاطفال kids club تعاملهم جداً ودود مع الاطفال .. الافطار مناسب للخليجين فيه خيارات تعبتر جيدة جداً

المكان جيد وموظفون جيدون وحوض السباحه كان رائع

يوجد نمل صغير في الغرفه وتبريد ضعيف

Need a little paint in the corridors , a little touch up its important for the mental comfort and cleanliness.
