Where do I even begin. There was no elevator. One set of stairs was completely dark. The other set of stairs didn't have a hand rail. At 8:30 in the morning, someone entered my room without knocking and quickly left when they seen me. When it was tike for check out they refused to give back our deposit and said we smoked in the room but never even looked at the room and I should add we are non smokers.we paid with cash and it was a work trip and coworkers paid with a credit card and were told they would be charged $1,000 for a cleaning fee because their room smelled like a "weed vaping pen". Also non smokers. Waited an hour for our deposit back. Second room didn't receive theirs back. Coworkers asked for a room with 2 beds and was told the hotel was full and was upcharged to a king suite. Ki g bed pull out couch. There were no cars in the parking lot. Breakfast was almost non existent with no fresh coffee. Coffee pot in room yet jo cups to make it. Said we dirtied a washcloth and tried to charge us for it. We have completed the job in this particular town so we won't be returning to this location but hopefully the next super8 is better
The staff is very rude. The air would not turn off and they could not fix. Took a lot of complaining to get a new room.
USWe checked in and the outside appearance was very nice looking.The hotel staff was very friendly, professional and courteous. The room was a single king nonsmoking. It was spacious clean and comfortable bed. The breakfast was really good and had a good variety of foods.
USGOOD MATTRESS GREAT NIGHTS SLEEP
USThey building was full. But it seems that everyone was asleep by 9 pm. It was very quiet.
Not much choice in fast food if you're walking.
