disappointed not to get breakfast items in morning ,white towels ???? not a real quiet place, staff did all they could, I think owner should do the same.......

Our room was not ready when we arrived, but she kindly offered us the suite at the same price. Our room just didn’t seem clean..since there was a dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door. The bed was not very comfortable with 3 well worn pillows.

We were looking for a safe and clean place to stay while attending music festival nearby. Felt very safe there -- and a very pleasant and helpful staff. though understaffed. Room was not as clean as it could be.

It smelled musty and of smoke, the rug was damp to walk on, the shower was dirty with mold on the shower curtain and rusty faucets that leaked. The chain lock on the door was broken, there was only a half roll of toilet paper, the TV didn’t work there was coffee left in the coffee pot from the previous guest, holes in the wall and no covers on the electric outlets. I have photos of all of these if needed. I asked if I could change rooms and was told there were no other rooms available.

Bad location, with men gathered outside in groups. Security was an issue to us. We parked in the handicap but did not like going inside with these men gathered around in the parking lot on a Friday night. TV would not work. When we complained, they stated it was an easy fix and it was on when we got back to our room. It had one cartoon channel and that was was it. Remote would not work except for volume and on/off. 3 tiny pillows for a king bed. Bathroom mat had a dirty footprint on it and washcloths(2) had a yellow stain all over them. Room was suppose to be King Suite. No couch, tiny room. No elevator and carpet was old and dirty. This was a $50 hotel at best and we were charged 3 times that price.

Biscuits and gravy, yogurt, breakfast drinks, etc.

The beds are not at all comfortable. The towels are not big enough. And we only had 2 sets per room. That is not enough on a daily basis for 2 people in Kansas heat. The towels don’t dry fast enough to use twice in one day. Why is it a problem to get more towels? 4 sets in a room with the quality of towels should have been easy to get. And the back/side door was never locked. Anyone could come in without going through the front door.

No one thing stands out as awful. It was just a series of aggravations and disappointments starting with a long wait for someone to check us in. The wrong bill was printed out. There were no washcloths. Short on breakfast items... We paid more to stay here rather than a neighboring place where we've stayed in the past for the music festival, and we slept just fine and the room was clean and quiet enough, but it disappointingly wasn't worth the extra price.

Location was perfect.

Bug on the bathroom floor in the middle of the night. Everything was tired and in need of replacement. Ceiling in bathroom was stained and broken.

The staff had the true Kansas friendliness. Enjoyed my stay.
