Nice for a vacation

They put up with our entire 9 year old baseball team staying there, and it was convenient to several restaurants. They also let us bring in pizzas to the lobby area for the boys.

I loved starting here. Nice location with plenty of food options around. Had a nice Mountain view. With it being a suite, i thought there would be 2 TVs though. Other than that excellent stay.

Nothing really special but a nice clean room and comfortable bed.

The air conditioning in our room didn’t work; when we asked the front desk about it, we were told they could maybe find us a fan. Our room was almost 80° at check out and it was only 50° outside. The windows didn’t open, so there was no way to get air circulating. The bathroom door slides shut, but the latch was already broken off, so the knob was laying on the floor with broken MDF board around it. Because the latch was broken, the door didn’t stay shut, it was slide open while using the bathroom. At check in they told us they could r find our reservation, she was spelling my name wrong, even though I checked in online before we arrived. The pool didn’t have towels, and we had to find the clerk get some, she seemed extremely annoyed that she had to bring towels to the pool area for the guests

Room was roomy and comfortable.

Breakfast was okay but didn't have the selection I'd seen in other Springhill locations. I decided not to use the indoor pool since it was pretty small with seemingly inefficient humidity control.

I liked the hotel, staff were great and the place was clean, but breakfast options were almost the same every morning. You could also hear other guests talking late into the night so I did not really have a good night sleep.

It was a great stay. Very clean everything
