"Éviter la chambre n°2 à côté du local à ménage."

Lit confortable

Chambre 2 très mal placé. Juste a cote du local de ménage, dérangeant et bruillant. Surtout la 1 ère porte qui claque qd le personnel y va ,du coup.npus avons été réveillé.... Pas trop apprécié que le personnel frappe a la porte vers 10h30 alors qu il y avait le panneau ne pas déranger pour savoir s il y avait quelqu un...dans ce cas à quoi sert le panneau.

l hotesse d accueil etait tres gentille, le petit dejeuner superla chambre un peu à l etroit ,l embarrassant pas de prise de courant pres de la tete de lit ( j ai un appareil pour l apnee du sommeil)

"Cet hôtel est certes pas très cher mais vu l'expérience, c'est cher pour ce que s'est."

L'emplacement assez proche du centre de Caen, facile d'accès. Les balcons pour les fumeurs juste devant les chambres.

Le ménage n'est pas vraiment top. Une odeur dérangeante s'echappe de la salle de bain. Le chauffage qui ne marche pas alors qu'il fait 10 degrés dehors la nuit. L'isolation des chambres est absente. Un rouleau de papier toilette pour 3 nuits et 4 jours.. c'est peu.. douche cassée.

L'accueil très chaleureux du personnel et leur réactivité par rapport au petit souci que nous avons rencontré dans notre chambre.

Pas de lumière dans le petit coin lavabo de la chambre.
