The place was nice but we were totally stitched up with the price. It was advertised as pay for two nights stay for three.. which is great. We had several other options we liked but because of this deal we locked it in. We Got there to check in and that is not the case. We were expecting to pay two nights for 169 a night then stay the third night free.. NO, apparently it is an average payment of 169 per night for 3 nights. So of course by that stage there was a nights cancellation fee so we were pretty much stuffed. It’s absolutely false advertising and I just wonder how many people have been stung by this “deal”. We won’t be going back.

The location is excellent. The hotel is only a short distance from all the attractions and vineyards in the Pokolbin area. The grounds are amazing and we even got to see some kangaroos.

The floorboards in our room creaked when walked upon but other than that we have no complaints.
