"Buon Hotel con personale fantascico"

Il personale davvero attento e accogliente, come poche volte si vedono. Davvero complimenti allo standard del personale di reception. Colazione abbondante e qualitativamente alta. La stanza confortevole e pulita. Parcheggio comodo pur avendo una van da 9 posti.

Il ristorante raggiunge la sufficienza nei piatti preparati.

Die Lage ist sehr gut und das Frühstück war perfekt 👌

Keine Sicht auf den See von der großen Terrasse und die Terrasse Möbel waren einfach unmöglich veraltet

Smaczne śniadania, duży wybór, jacuzzi na dachu świetne, blisko jeziora i można promenadą iść do centrum. Dodatkowo wygodne rowery. Pokoje sprzątanie codziennie i nowe ręczniki

Innenpool vorhanden; Whirlpool vorhanden; Frühstücksangebot empfanden wir als gut Personal war freundlich

Im Badezimmer war kein blickdickter Vorhang/ kein Rollo obwohl das Bad neben einer Außentreppe war. Ein dünner Vorhang war vorhanden, doch abends% in Nacht einsehbar und Blick direkt auf Toilette und Dusche Klimaanlage hat von drei Nächten nur in der ersten Nacht funktioniert Fahrräder sind auszuleihen, was grundsätzlich gut war, jedoch mussten wir selbst die Räder aufpumpen, bei einem Fahrrad bremste permanent das Schutzblech und Akkulichter waren nicht ausreichend aufgeladen Schließmechanismus bei der Balkontür schloss kaum bzw. nur sehr schwer Dusche-> sehr klein und die Scheibe unten schloss nicht dicht ab, sodass nach der Benutzung das halbe Bad schwamm Duschkopf war blöd einzuhängen Personal am Pool und Whirlpool kommt nur nach Nachfrage oder gar nicht!!. Gelegentliches Nachfragen ob die Gäste etwas brauchen (Getränke) wäre wünschenswert. Klingel auf Dachtterasse um Getränke zu bestellen ging mehrmals nicht. Kühlschrank war nachts sehr laut

Nice staff, clean, close to the lake, delicious breakfast

I was looking forward to the adults-only evening hours advertised, but unfortunately, the pool was too busy with children splashing to enjoy it
