How courteous and patient the desk clerk was with us.

We had to wait 3 hours after we got to our hotel for booking.com to release our payment to be able to check into our room.

Staff was not hospitable at all. Initially, i was questioned about them checkto see if i would sneak a dog into the room! Thats i insulting! I did not have a dog! I was here preparing for a baby shower. I used the room for me and my granddaughter to blow up balloons, and assemble a backdrop. Early morning, it started to rain. I pulled my truck under the canopy area to fi n ish loading and prevent a piece from getting soaked while i straighten the tzrp covering it...the lady asked if i would be quick...no one else pulled under that canopy for the next hr! That was so rude, insensitive, and unnecessary!
