Super 8 by Wyndham Decatur Priceville

It’s a non smoking room but smells where it was a SMOKING room all the furniture and bed are nasty dirty everything is dirty dead bugs in the corner of the room. The sink drain is plugged up. And no ice machine. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

I called Wednesday evening to book my room for for July 20-22 and asked if it was fine to check in early after 5am and only count for my 1st night and was told that it's fine since I asked ahead of time. When I got to the room I instantly noticed the furniture was in very poor condition and a couple roaches on the wall and a trap under the AC unit and then on Saturday morning the 22nd the manager BARGED into my room without knocking at all and was yelling at me that I was suppose to leave over an hour ago which wasn't the case at all since I PAID FOR 3 NIGHTS! When I realized she wasn't even listening to me I just tried paying for another night so I wouldn't have to worry about my things in the room being taken out while I was working but she then said she can't help me since it's not her problem and when I reminded her that I WANTED ANOTHER NIGHT she then proceeded to say she just got done booking my room and I had to leave

This hotel is very below standard. Bugs were everywhere including the bed. Lights had to be left on in the bathroom or else when you went in and turned them on, you had to wait for the bugs to scatter before you could occupy the bathroom. The refrigerator was held closed by electrical tape. The handle on the sink fell off every time you tried to use it. Towels were taken by cleaning staff and had to be washed and dried before you could have towels in your room. If you needed to shower while they were doing the laundry, you would have to drip dry I assume because when we asked for extra, they stated all they had were the ones in the wash. The pool floor was cracked and chipped so badly that you cut your feet inside of the pool.

The website is very deciving! The room we were given was terrible. Holes in the wall, blood on the wall, a face print on the inside of the window, broken furniture, horrible smell, and not to mention the mystery white powder on the floor near the table. We refused to stay and left! I would not allow an animal to live in such conditions!

Nasty Hotel! Should be shut down! Pool green with garbage. Beds aren’t clean. Stains on floors. Room wasn’t even ready at 6 at night. Stay away from this hotel. Old mirrors and vanities lying around on top floor.

Don't spend your money at this place! Our room was filthy, the carpet stained, furniture broken and there was no breakfast. The only redeeming factors were that the bed was comfortable and the location was good.

Wife and I are full time RVers, but with weather calling for late high winds we decided to hotel for the night. Lobby was very warm and the lady checking me in was swatting flys from her face. Requested via Wyndham’s rewards for first floor and could not accomediate so we got 2nd floor. DIRTY FILTHY ROOM!! non smoking but smells of decades of smoking. Walls dirty, sink and toilet, light bulbs blown, bed lip sided and broke down. Stains everywhere. If you dare stay here you best be up to date in Tetinus shots, Covid boosters, hep A,B,C,and rabies! Beware!!!

Truly, the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in. Couldn't sleep for fear of bugs and more. I will never get a hotel room again without asking to see it first. I wish I could attach photos because I have plenty to share. Wyndham, please contact me.

The room was filthy with no air conditioning stains everywhere and holes in the furniture, The bathroom looked like it was a gas station and some of the lights did it work. There was no breakfast and no one at checkout. We would have slept better in the car….DISGUSTING AND OUR LAST STAY AY SUPER 8!!!!!!!

Rooms were not up to standard. The floors were stained, beds wrinkled and sheets stained the blankets that was on the bed was the same as a curtain! The air cut off in the middle of the night! Customer service was nice!
