Trés bon accueil, personnel sympathique et serviable. Ascenseur pour accéder à l'étage. Propreté des chambres. Petit déjeuner complet. Emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait pour accès basilique

le parking est assez cher et difficile d'accés. Heureusement le personnel est venu me guider. problème fuite chasse d'eau , et flexible de douche à changer.

Le personnel est très accueillant, l'hôtel est super bien situé. Je trouve que le rapport qualité prix est cohérent ! Un grand merci je reviendrai avec plaisir. Merci au personnel qui m'a aidé à organiser mon voyage, c'était ma première à Lourdes, et j'ai été bien aidé !

Le petit déjeuner, me semble un peu cher
