The bed was confortable

When I arrived, my room key was already left on the front desk. When I went to my room, I found the door open and the room had not been cleaned after the previous guest. I was very surprised and disappointed. Although the room itself looked nice, the bedding had not been changed and the room had clearly not been serviced. After reporting the issue, I was given another room about 20 minutes later. Unfortunately, the replacement room was smaller and extremely noisy. I could clearly hear guests in the neighboring room as well as people on the floor above. The sound insulation is very poor—you can hear footsteps, conversations, and other noises very easily. Overall, this was a disappointing experience and not what I would expect from a hotel of this standard.

No fuss very user friendly great location with plenty of parking.

No coffee making facilities in room or reception but luckily I do travel with my own travel kettle. I do understand it keeps the cost of the room down, so it's not really a dislike just an observation

Mooie locatie aan de Maas. Prima kamer. In het restaurant uitstekend gegeten.

Inchecken verliep even moeizaam, want geen code gekregen. Er was om 8 uur geen ontbijt, hoewel 's avonds nog was gezegd, dat het er wel zou zijn @

De kamer zelf was ok

Geen personeel te vinden. Nooit. Roest in de douche. Zal schoon zijn maar ziet er vies uit. Weigering om ontbijt te serveren omdat ik te laat was.
