Very clean, convenient place, friendly staff, amazing martterhorn view ! No negative matters in this hotel,

チェックイン時に鍵の持ち出し方や施錠された玄関の解除方法などをデモンストレーションしてくださり、とても分かりやすかったです。また頼んだ訳でもなく、キャリーケースを部屋まで運んでいただき助かりました。3つ星ホテルでここまで親切にしていただいたのはここが初めてです。 またツェルマットに訪れた際はここに泊まりたいと思います。

お部屋も清潔で、スタッフの方も優しく、マッターホルンビューのお部屋は最高でした！ 朝食のチーズとハムがとても美味しかったです！　 またツェルマットを訪れた際には宿泊させてもらおうと思います！

This was a top property, very well maintained by an owner who cares for his guests. It was within in easy walking distance to all parts of the town. The breakfast was good and the staff could not help you enough and went out of their way when required. Tip for anyone heading to Switzerland, get the Swiss half fare card. We recouped our costs on two attractions in Zermatt and had already saved a lot.

Mar, the hotel reception was very caring, and has 5 star customer service. The restaurant Chef, manager and staff were great, making our daily provided breakfast outstanding! Tres bien!

The hotel was great for its value. The room was very cozy and functional although being small. It was super clean as well and the bathroom was very nice and modern. Amazing view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. Good breakfast and friendly staff. No AC but it wasn’t a problem at all, I asked for a fan when I checked in in the afternoon, but in general it’s ok with the window open. Happy that there’s an elevator too.

Perfect location in Zermatt. Free green busline with stop at hotel Parnass.

Seems to be family owned and operated. Everybody was very friendly and helpful.

Location is excellent and staff is very courteous, friendly and helpful. Compliment breakfast is the best I had during our 8 days of staying in Switzerland.

Breakfast for so many international guests need to have scrambled eggs. This was missing at the BF
