Die Lage der Unterkunft ist außergewöhnlich gut. Trotz Hochhaus waren die Nächte sehr ruhig und durch den Pförtner hat man sich sehr sicher gefühlt. Die Schlüsselübergabe nach 22:00 Uhr hat auch problemlos funktioniert. Vielen Dank dafür.

I made a mistake that I didn’t read the description of the property carefully but it was definitely the worst stay I ever had during traveling. Of course there is no basic facilities like bed linen which already makes the service extremely poor. Also, it was dirty in the room and there are cockroaches in there. On top of that, the host not cooperative. I had some trouble transferring the deposit and the owner just said “no deposit, no checking in”. Only when I offered to pay the deposit in cash I could check in. The host didn’t offer the solution. After I tried to get my deposit back they dismissed my request saying that there is no proof of payment which means I didn’t pay the deposit. They also texted me that they don’t accept cash payments. Even though they did. There was no cooperation at all, no attempt to find out the solution, and on my all request I was either ignored or got only a dismissive same copy paste message. In general, wouldn’t recommend. It partially was my mistake but it doesn’t excuse the host and the fact that they technically stole my money. Also, reading how they answer reviews I understand now that they do not try to improve, taking clients' experience in consideration, and always just try to shut down any complains, blaming guests and denying everything. So better spend more money on something nice and you wouldn’t have to deal with this very mean, nasty, incompetent, and dishonest host. Edited: the host responded on my review with complete lie. The deposit was handed to the host in case and was returned to me recently (on May 4th). However, the deposit was returned only after I filed a police report and sent a Mahnung to the guest (the letter before action) where I gave him 14 days before I go to court. The money was immediately transferred. But again, only after I put legal pressure. So concluding, fight with this person legally for your money if you're in a similar situation or avoid booking at all if you didn't book it yet.

So einen dreckigen Hotel habe ich noch nie im Leben gesehen. Es stinkt bereits im Aufzug, im Flur wird dann noch fruchtbarer. Das Zimmer ist nicht sauber.
