Staff was nice. Breakfast was good. The rooms were clean. Location was also good.

Room size was a bit small and facility was limited.

"Tipp topp für eine Nacht mit sauberem Zimmer und feinem Frühstück."

Das Zimmer ist zweckmässig, das Frühstück absolut OK. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof ist top. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber.

Leider ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen und wurde nicht gross renoviert. Im Gang roch es so, als hätten hier früher viele Leute geraucht. Es war aber kein neuer Rauch.

"Super Frühstück und gute Lage"

Die Lage zum Hauptbahnhof ist super. Das Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich abwechslungsreich. Der Service beim Frühstück sehr gut. Super offene Tee Auswahl.

夜のスタッフ以外は親切だったので彼個人の問題だろう。

夜間に到着した時のスタッフは英語が話せなかった。鍵が古いタイプで開け方がよく分からないので相談したら、コツがいるようで、英語で話してください、とお願いしたら急におこりだし、危険を感じた。痩せぎすで長身の老人で、多分、力を入れて回せば開くんだよ、もっと筋肉を鍛えたらどうだ、と言ったと思う。ドイツ語は分からないが、マハトという言葉が聞こえた。客どころか、見知らぬ他人に対してとっていい態度ではない。過去のコメントで度々言及されている人物だろう。
