"Poteva andare meglio...."

Colazione migliorabile.

Materasso molto scarso, purtroppo abbiamo trovato anche scarafaggio.... Vivo è molto vivace. La grotta orribile è messa in una posizione fuori luogo. Per essere un all inclusive pagare l'acqua ai pasti???!!!!

I pasti sono stati abbondanti, con buona scelta e buoni. Camera ampia, pulita, letto confortevole, bagno grandissimo. Personale gentile e accogliente. Soggiorno breve ma rilassantissimo!!

La struttura non è delle più recenti, la piscina non pulitissima (ma purtroppo c'è un bel giardino intorno alla piscina, perciò entra un po di sporco..). Manca il Gingeng

Molto pulita in una buona posizione

Orari ridotti per le piscine , chiusura alle 19:30 , sovrapprezzo per le piscine dal pomeriggio del giorno dopo in caso di check out

Non ho apprezzato niente di questa struttura.

Inaccettabile che durante la prenotazione nessuno informi i clienti che la struttura è dedita alle riabilitazioni fisiche di persone anziane, anche di sabato. Nulla in contrario a tutto ciò, ma sarebbe corretto poter decidere autonomamente se accettare questa condizione o cambiare hotel. Per quanto mi riguarda non tornerò mai più all'hotel terme Bologna per la mancanza di corretta informazione al cliente.

Secondo me il prezzo anche se il giorno era quello di Natale, è stato sopra la media. Poi giustamente ognuno decide se andare o non andare. È solo una mia opinione
