"Hotel Nachts Abgeschlossen"

Gute Location, man kann von dort aus alle Ecken Kyotos gut erreichen. Überwiegend sehr nettes Personal. Kostenlose Gepäckaufbewahrung bis 15:00.

Beim Check-in wurde uns gesagt dass das Hotel zwischen 00:00 Uhr und 05:00 Uhr abgeschlossen wird. Davon haben wir dann das erste Mal gehört, in der Booking Beschreibung steht das nicht. Und diese Regel wird auch genau so durchgezogen, es gibt keine Möglichkeit nach 00:00 Uhr in oder aus seinem Hotelzimmer zu kommen. Keine Klingel, oder Piniengabe. Den Zimmerschlüssel muss man beim Verlassen des Hotels abgeben, das Personal ist da sehr hinterher. Da wir gerne auch lokale Kneipen besuchen war das für uns eine sehr starke Einschränkung und wir hätten das Hotel nicht gebucht, wenn uns das bei der Buchung bekannt gewesen wäre. Ansonsten sind die Zimmer leider ziemlich hellhörig und die Dusche ist mit Holz ausgekleidet, welches durch die ständige Feuchtigkeit Recht ein bisschen modrig wirkt

"Great room, but disappointing breakfast."

the overall hotel was great, it had nice aesthetic, with a decent sized double bed. the room is also clean.

The breakfast unfortunately was a let down, it was just small portion of pastries and fruits, there was no protein, which was really disappointing for me. this resulted in me having to bring my own food to the dining hall.
