Seaview - Hastings

Location 

Property was dirty  Toilet was lopsided  Some of the fixtures was broken  Bed settee was ripped  Dishwasher door wouldn't close properly  bedside table lamps in one of the bedrooms did not work as there was no plug sockets  The smell in the property was very bad personally think this is due to lack of cleaning properly . To be totally honest, would not return if I could stay there for free

Beautiful sea views, big flat with 2 double rooms, bright and well equipped (i.e. you can cook + there is a dishwasher). On the seafront so very well located. Very responsive

Unfortunately the lift was broken (we were told by local residents it's been for years) which made the weekend quite difficult for me pregnant + 18 months toddler + 68 old mum No cot or high chair provided so have to take them with you and carry them upstairs Also blinds not dark and very hig windows so bear in mind if travelling with a toddler

facilities were great, location was great, instructions were spot on.

mattress was tired in both rooms, needs replacing

Lovely apartment with sea view, well appointed kitchen & bathroom, comfy beds and sitting room. Good location - to walk to restaurants, beach & town. Free street parking out front between 6pm & 9pm. Spotlessly clean!

Not relevant as self catering. Good kitchen facilities.

The beds were very uncomfortable. Also, lots of noise from the upstairs and on the side neighbors early hours of the morning.

The dishwasher door fell to the side when opened and was hard to close so we didn't use it. The shower did not stay in it's holder so had to be used as a hand held.

Very clean tidy nice little welcome pack tea coffee which was unexpectedly was a good stay nice view
