Pillows (not cases) and mattress pad (not sheets) smelled of cat urine. Carpet damp and sticky with cleaning solution; not rinsed/steam-cleaned correctly. Double-charged for room (once to personal card; once to expedia corporate card). Extremely limited breakfast options. Cash-only snack machines; no minimart options onsite.

It was fine. I did not expect much. The front desk person was friendly and helpful. The property was worn and room smelled musty, but it wasn’t dirty. Just old, rundown and a little musty. It was quieter than I expected. It is not that conveniently located to downtown Madison, but about a 25 minute drive. If you don’t have a car, don’t stay here. But it was fine for an overnight.

The pool room was so hot temperature wise that you could not stand to be in the room! The beds was comfortable, but the property was lacking!
