"Great location and staff are so helpful."

The location was fantastic and the host was incredible. Elisabeth was so helpful for us and arranged our Machu Picchu trip from a WhatsApp message at 11pm. We had been trying for hours to book and it was sold out. She was amazing.

The wifi didn’t work in the room and I had to stand outside to get internet. The skylight not being able to be covered up was frustrating as we were trying to sleep and it was so bright.

"Lots of space with a great shower!"

Great simple hotel in a great location! Rooms were large and the showers are EXCELLENT! Internet worked well and next door to San Pedro Market. The hotel next door has live music every night and a great happy hour and food!

Location, the price, the size of the room

Terrible Wi-Fi, we used the laundry service and they stained our clothes, the room was too cold (no heater), no shampoo, no soap, a bit noisy, the room is too bright early in the morning due to transparent roof tiles
