Wir haben uns sicher gefühlt, der Innenhof mit Pool gefällt uns von der Anordnung. Ideal als Zwischenstopp von Johannesburg zum Kruger Nationalpark

Der Empfang war leider etwas unfreundlich. Außerdem wurden wir am Vorabend beim Wunsch nach einem vegetarischen Frühstücks sehr komisch angeschaut und mussten auch mehrmals bestätigen, dass wir sicher kein Fleisch wollen (obwohl das dann beim Frühstück selbst alles hervorragend funktionierte). Andere Gäste schauten leider abends sehr laute Videos auf deren Terrassen.

My booking was paid, confirmed, and never officially cancelled. Shortly before dark, I received a message through the booking chat saying there had been an error and that the manager could not accommodate my reservation. This was communicated far too late, especially in South Africa, where finding alternative accommodation after dark can be difficult and stressful. I went to the property in person, as otherwise it felt like my case would not have been handled properly. The first alternative offered was of a considerably lower standard than the accommodation I had booked. Only after I insisted was another option arranged. The overall handling was unprofessional, unkind, and very disappointing. I would strongly caution tourists and other visitors against choosing this accommodation.

The place was nice and clean the garden was excellent
