Das ganze Gästehaus ist kalt. Nicht nur, dass es in den Zimmern keine Heizung/Klimaanlage gibt und es eiskalt in den Zimmern ist, sondern die ganze Athmosphäre hat nichts mit einem Gästehaus zu tun. Hier fehlt die Wärme und Herzlichkeit. Wir hatten ein Abendessen dazu gebucht, welches wirklich ekelhaft war - es kam aus der Mikrowelle. Auch das Frühstück war minimalistisch. Noch nicht einmal ein Filterkaffee wurde angesetzt, obwohl eine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden war. Auch auf unsere Reklamation wurde nicht eingegangen. Dies war eine von unseren 10 Unterkünften in Südafrika und auch die einzige Unterkunft, welche wir nicht weiterempfehlen können. Die positiven Bewertungen können nur Fake sein.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We got a heater to help against the cold in July. Room was comfortable with a fridge, good shower and cozy bed. Breakfast was to our liking with the choices available.

Parking with a camper van was a bit tight, but we managed. The room was cold and we could have used another blanket.

The service is top-notch! The host called and sent us a location of the residence prior to coming, and she always had a smile and was oh so welcoming! As we were there for business, she would pack us breakfast packs if we were running late and would personally knock to ask if we would like them. The rooms were kept clean, and having a fridge and microwave in the room was a plus. The water in the shower was piping hot and the electric blankets made up for no heating/AC.

We went during winter and the room didn't have any heaters or air-conditioning.
