Wonderful kind and helpful staff. The garden area and pool was very safe. Super clean and private rooms and overall great experience

This was the gem of Fortuna. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The facilities were immaculate, the pool was fantastic. The cabins were very clean and functional. Rooms were cleaned daily and the breakfast was simple but delicious. The hotel is a 10min walk to town. There is two restaurants within 5min both amazing. I would highly recommend.

Location was good near the town La Fortuna. Unfortunately there were worms in the room

This was are first time to Costa Rica and it was a beautiful place to stay! Was very safe and the staff was excellent with everything we needed.

This stay was an unexpected highlight of the trip. While only a 5 min drive/15 min walk from the heart of La Fortuna, the gated grounds feel miles away from the congestion of the city center. Strolling the lushly landscaped common areas planted with palms and giant orchids feels like exploring a botanical garden. Guestrooms are breezy but also feel super secure. The staff is friendly, the breakfast hearty, and the pool large enough for laps. They have a relationship with a neighboring restaurant that offers excellent, Costa Rican dishes and is also well worth checking out for dinner. Would definitely stay here again!

Very helpful and friendly staff. We needed to leave early and hotel gave us a breakfast package. Fridge was very old and there were some worms on the floor. This hotel is a little far from city and difficult to walk to hotel at nights

WOW, what a experience, i loved how everyone was so friendly, i loved how the maintenance team was constantly working. The rooms were clean and the property. I will return.
