Royal Garden Apartments New Town

Friendly welcome on early arrival very helpful. Loved the apartment super modern and clean. Very stylish and spacious. Great location I. A fantastic city 🤗

Very dark apartment as there were no windows. Felt slightly claustrophobic . Lumpy pillows ☹️

It was easy to check in with a key code and also the check out and the stuff was so helpful and gave a lot of Tipps were to go and what to buy in supermarkets - uk has so good food it’s incredible also the flat was so big and that wonderful view in the gardens it was a dream

Everything was perfect

Location was fantastic, it’s right in the middle of the city, tram stop is a minute walk away. The apartment was well furnished, beds were comfortable. Pretty well designed apartment.

Floor boards were creaking with every step you take, you’ll definitely be woken up by someone walking to the bathroom or to the living area. The bathroom was an enclosed one, which was fine, but the ventilator was not working. You’re going to have to smell it in the whole apartment for a few hours if someone does a number 2. Reported it to the staff and they mentioned it will get fixed the next day but it never happened. Windows are meant to open but only the one in the bedroom could be opened. (You see how this is a problem with a non-ventilated bathroom)

Excellent location Quiet, & comfortable

I didn’t like the use of the digital Key. The links etc were not seamless, a bit “clunky” for me.

Easy access to the apartments and excellent location: central, close to Waverley. We were in a room with a garden view and it was both peaceful and quiet.

There was nothing specific that we disliked. The entry system is dependent upon remembering a code or having 4G so might be slightly inconvenient but this wasn't an issue.

Elevator to access floor. Very clean. Convenient to transportation options, shopping and restaurants.
