"Wonderful service!!"

Customer Service was absolutely unbelievable. There were provincials for girls softball and the weather caused delays and havoc to the weekend. But the staff super 8 kept their composure with customers who were rude and upset with things being out of the staffs control. My family and I decided to stay the entire weekend and had a fabulous time. What you give you get back and that is was the staff did for us. Highly recommended.

Hôtel un peu vieillot qui aurait besoin d'une cure de rajeunissement. Lits plus ou moins confortables. Vieux tapis. Moisi sur les joints du bain. Mal insonorisé, on entendait les gens d'à côté parler. Déjeuner continental correct. J'ai bien apprécié les gaufres! Préposé à l'accueil très sympathique.

The pool was cold, and the hot tub was too hot, which surprised me, since I like it warmer. The staff are pleasant and helpful, but aside from the small breakfast room, there is nowhere to gather or sit in the lobby. The rooms are clean, but need updating, and there should be sheer drapes as well as room darkening ones, especially on the main floor. My room felt dark because I didn't feel comfortable leaving my drapes open.
