Ótima localização. Cumpre com o essencial. O quarto tinha um bom espaço.

Talvez o box do banheiro possa ser pequeno para algumas pessoas. É bom perguntar se tem opções maiores.

Ótima localização, bairro estratégico, próximo ao batalhão da ROTA. A presença constante da polícia na região acaba trazendo uma sensação maior de segurança. Restaurantes e lanchonetes por perto, com várias opções de comida coreana no Bom Retiro. 🇰🇷🍜 O café da manhã é muito bom, com boa variedade e reposição constante. Destaco o atendimento do colaborador responsável pela reposição, sempre educado e atencioso. Também gostaria de elogiar a equipe da recepção, que se mostrou muito educada, paciente e prestativa durante toda a estadia.

Nada que tenha comprometido a estadia, mas o lixo solicitado não foi recolhido. Outro detalhe é que o acesso ao quarto passa primeiro pelo banheiro, uma configuração um pouco incomum. Já me hospedei neste hotel outras vezes e não sabia que havia quartos com esse layout. Tirando esses detalhes, a experiência foi excelente e certamente voltaria a me hospedar no hotel.

Faltou cobertas, foi pedido na recepção eles avisaram que iria chegar da lavanderia e iriam levar mas não levaram e o ar condicionado não funcionou

La ubicación sin duda. Para los que quieran conocer a pie la zona de bom retiro, miles de locales y decenas de cafeterias, restaurantes a metros del hotel.

La habitación es muy pequeña, las camas individuales aún mas (diría que son mas chicas que un single regular) habia un poco de mal olor, la ventana no cerraba bien, el baño es demasiado pequeño, la ducha es un desastre y el televisor es una antigüedad. Pedimos frapera en una ocasión y no tenian, tampoco vasos de vidrio. La limpieza de hab jamas llego en 5 dias. Y el personal no es muy cordial que digamos. El ascensor se trabo en una ocasión y abria la puerta, un desastre.
