Great location, 2min of walking from central station, nice room and clean bathroom, really kind and helpful host. Also, cleaning woman was really kind.

So at first we were waiting someone from hosts to come and open us door and they didn’t answer my calls. Building doesn’t have a lift so if you have a lot of luggage, you will need to carry it through tight corridor but younger host kindly helped us what we really appreciate. When we enter the apartment, it didn’t have a good smell but we taught okay, thats only cooridor but when we enter the room, you could feel really awful smell of smoking. At first I was shocked as I really didn’t expect it and I was thinking what should we do. Smoking can make a seriuos problems to my health and I didn’t sleep the whole night. Tomorrow morning I sent a mess to host asking him if we can find solution and he immediatly arranged another room for us what I really appreciate. Other room was spacious and without any smell even it was close to the first room.

Our plane arrived later than the designated check in time, however the staff were so helpful and stayed to wait for us to arrive.

The location of the apartment is just super, it is in the central of Palermo, you can go by foot to see all the important sights and monuments of the city! You can park your car just one strett next to the apartment, so its very comfortable. The rooms are clean, comfortable, the bathroom is so big and nice! The host is very nice, he was perfectly update to give us all the informations when we were lost. We were treated with coffee and croissants :)
